captnedd
I'm a week into owning my nearly new FJ-09. Having fun but looking for solutions to the shifting issue.
captnedd
Hey new guy! That's a popular name. Welcome to the forum. What year is your bike... and what shifting issue? There was a recall on the 2015 model year for the shifter shaft assembly. Anyway, you will find what you need on here. Thanks for the reply. The bike is a 2015. I'm going to get the handlebar recall done so I'll check with the tech. The shift issue is usually going from 2nd to 3rd. Sometimes further up. It's somewhat inconsistent but very noticeable. Other than that, the thing rocks.

Check for a blue dot at the end of the shift shaft... if the blue dot is there, the recall work's been done. Of course wouldn't hurt confirming with the dealer. Thanks for the information. Much appreciated.
