After you get acquainted with the new ride, please do a review with some real-world pro's and con's, maybe after a 7-10 day road trip?
I’m going on an over nighter Sunday. First week of may for 4 days then starting the last week of July 2 weeks. I’ll post up.

After you put some miles on her, would you please do a write up on your impressions, tank range, cost, etc.? I'm very interested in a Wing, but the cost has scared me off. Thanks
Will do.

I don’t know what it says but She’s the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned. By far.
Thanks for the comments. She’s not taken the place of the FJ, but the wife went in a few trips with me last summer any wanted something more… “comfortable”.- 2

Summary: it needed replacing after 12,000 miles and is now being billed as "low maintenance" instead of no maintenance, but even that's questionable.Ultimately the weak link (no pun intended) is the rubber sealing rings and they're the same as any other chain.
Every chain I've had die it was because the O/X rings started to disintegrate and come out.
Well heck. That’s no better than a regular oring chain.

Yeah, I’m still waiting on that everlasting chain.

Gentlemen, today I went out and rode with my son for the first time. Me on my bike and he on his. It was only about 10 miles and 45 minutes. Out of the 250k plus miles I’ve put on two wheels it was the best motorcycle ride I’ve had by far so far. I’m telling you this because if you have children it is something for you to look forward too. A ride that I will never forget.

Merry Christmas to all y'all.

I've ridden at 8F. It sucked. With heated gear I'll ride down into the 20's.

I'll say this, my 2015 FJ is a lot easier to spin on the side stand than my son's 2012 SV650. You'd think the Wee-strom weighs double.

I do this just about every day to her since 4/2016. Many times loaded with stuff on a cross country run. No problems. It's a maneuver that makes my riding friends on larger bikes (mostly HD's) jealous.

I’m getting close to 120k miles on my 2015. Bought her in the spring of 2016 with 3 miles on the clock. It’s been back and forth across the country a bunch. I’ll do 2 cross country trips this coming summer on her and not think twice about it. I just swapped the gear indicator switch, other than that nothing but maintenance stuff.

Welcome. For the record the science tells us that red is the bestest and most fastest color. Trust the science.

115K miles. Checked around every 25K. Never needed adjustment.

Thank you for all of the in depth replies. Sounds like I should give them a try. Always looking for a premium tire at a good price. Running roeadsmart 3s right now. Got about 4500 right now and might squeeze another 1k out of them. That's on the rear. The front still looks pretty good.
micah2074, Hope you made out better than the bike.
A little better.

I have a set on my FJ. About 300 miles on them. It’s the first pair of non-dunlops that’s been on her. They seem fine so far.
We put 32’s on my sons wee-strom and they performed great. I had about 5k miles on the them when the lady hit me and totaled the bike. They had plenty of tread left.- 1

I mean, if it where between this, the Tracer 9GT, and the Suzi GSXS1000GT, I think the Suzi kind of dominates here. At least from my perspective.
Especially in the BANG for the buck department.

I’m not buying into the notion that electric vehicles are the future.
