Yesterday I saw f900xr, and I'm not impressed at all. Chinese engine, crappy foot pegs, wierd windscreen adjusting mechanism, totally unadjustable front suspension... I was expecting more from BMW.

Today on cold and a bit rainy sunday I decided to fix rattling peace of (sh..) plastic under wind screen adjusting bolt. I squeezed with a screwdriver, a little rubber O-ring between bolt flange and that plastic piece. Also I fixed loosening of adjusting bolt with counter nut.

Today was time for some new tires 😎

I just realized that I have all this symptoms🤢

I installed new suspension. Wilbers fork springs with appropriate spring rate for my weight, and oil with higher viscosity. And at the back Wilbers 640 shock with hydraulic preload adjuster.

It's very simple. I have a scissor car lift, and i drilled two holes in the plate to secure the two brackets I made. Or you can just bolt it to the floor...

I took apart front end. New springs and oil in forks, and new rear shock are coming this week.😎

We all know that Tracers have awful 'pain the ass' seats, so I send mine to auto upholstery shop, to install gel pad in it. Today I received some cool photos of my seat.😎 It's gel pad with 1cm of foam on top, with original cover. To test it on the road, I'll have to wait another three monts.😣
