cookiemonster
Hey everyone! I got my FJ-09 on December 23rd and finally decided to join the forum! It's a 2015 Matte Grey model with heated grips being the only factory option. So far I've added Pitbull spools and Woodcraft axle sliders. I've also got an engine guard/skidplate/sliders on the way and am thinking about getting a Yoshimura fender eliminator in the near future. I unfortunately haven't been able to ride it much, only putting on 220 miles in the last two weeks, but they've been an amazing 220 miles so far! The rain has been pretty relentless here and I don't want to dirty my new bike up yet, so I've been using my old CBR600F4i to commute in the rain! I also want to break in the motor first before using it to commute on the freeway. I can't believe how much quicker yet more comfortable the FJ-09 is. Really makes me miss it every morning when I go to work. Can't wait to learn more about the bike from this site!

ib
Welcome from Scotland. If I didn't ride in the rain there would be no point owning a bike... Have fun!
