happy01
Photos show center stand still on your bike. So this complete titanium exhaust system DOES work with center stand still in place? For some reason I was getting the impression that it doesn't. Or was that just the carbon fiber version that requires center stand removal? RandyD
Also it's not a complete Ti exhaust. A full Ti setup would run north of 2k easy. It's all stainless with Ti sleeve covering the muffler body only. I also have one in the mail to me from Revzilla. Will be here Tuesday and I can't wait. angelyamahatracer
the titanium exhaust without the silencer everyone says that the bike doesnt need remaping.is it sure?its a new bike so ...and im worrying....is it better to keep it with the silencer in?has the same perfomance in or out..?i know about sound....but perfomance??thnx
sixcharlie
It doesn't need remapping. I put mine on at 600 miles, there is definitely an increase in performance. The Akro dyno run on the bike was exhaust only, no tune or air box mod, 115 rwhp.
angelyamahatracer
yes but it was wthout silencer or its the same rwhp with or without silencer?how do u use your akrapovic??without db killer?
sixcharlie
I run mine with the db killer installed. This is my third time buying an akro system and the first time I elected to keep it quiet. I'm quite pleased with it. As I recall, the akra test was full system, no cat and no db killer.
traceroz
I have just ordered the Titanium model (AUD$1267). I can confirm that it fits with the centrestand, and requires no tune. The carbon one definitely does not fit with the centrestand. The parts bloke at Yamaha checked, and it says the carbon "is not compatible" with the centrestand.
