pixlox
I have never found a proper solution and cloth that works on this rough finished hard Yamaha side bags and trunk! Any suggestions that work?
com3
i use a micro fiber+honda polish...it leaves little pieces of microfiber stuck to it...but it blows right off after it's all dry.
BBB
Warm soapy water and a sponge for cleaning. Tea towel (of the sort you'd dry dishes with) to dry, as these are lint free and then air dry. Red 2015 Tracer, UK spec (well, it was until I started messing with it...)
FJ29ER
I use a wheel cleaning brush and diluted simple green or hot water and dawn soap. Gets the chain lube and road grime off nicely.
wordsmith
I have never found a proper solution and cloth that works on this rough finished hard Yamaha side bags and trunk! Any suggestions that work?Does that rather unusual finish on the factory hard bags prevent them from being painted - either professionally or DIY with a rattle-can of auto paint? In a DIY approach, is any special surface prep required? Riding a fully-farkled 2019 MT-09 Tracer 900 GT from my bayside home in South East Queensland, Australia.
