Premium Member racreative Posted April 16, 2018 Premium Member Share Posted April 16, 2018 Not sure where to post this question... searched the forums, with no luck regarding this topic. I live about 2 miles out on dirt roads, and they have a tendency to get pretty badly wash boarded... my mirrors jiggle loose and are difficult to keep in place when riding down them. What would be a good fix for this? Or is just something I need to tighten regularly? I am timid about putting loctite on the threads, but will if it would stop them from loosening... Has anyone else had a similar problem?
koth442
Have not. Maybe lock washers under the nuts? '15 FJ09
Premium Member DavidS Posted April 17, 2018 Premium Member Share Posted April 17, 2018 Locktite Blue should do the trick.... It can be broken with hand tools, so it isn't permanent, but will likely keep things from loosening on their own
