Tripletrouble
Scorpion serket.... The red circle is just a slim ring push fitted into can. Easy to remove and paint with heat proof paint, or black BBQ spray. Didn't notice any power gains, maybe a touch sharper, but what a great sounding bike now. No need for full system unless you've got money to burn. Edited March 26, 2020 by Tripletrouble

To be fair, I have enough power as it is, stock exhaust looked great but sounded like a sewing machine. I think a couple of hp for me is fairly irrelevant. It's not the amount of noise, just something deeper.

Tripletrouble
Your on the right path then, hope I've helped with that. It sounds like the bike should in my mind, a nice deep resonance.

Drilling seems to make the overall throttle response smoother as the exhaust breathes easier. 1 Red 2015 Tracer, UK spec (well, it was until I started messing with it...) Yeah, I was skeptical but it really seems to work well. 1 ***2015 Candy Red FJ-09***
spitfireorca
I've never been a fan of full systems. I put on an M4 slip on as supplied by 2 Wheel Dyno Works. The little puppy rips and sounds amazing with the Fjs motor.
