  1. I think so, I'll need to go an several long rides just to be sure though.
  2. One was a little lower than the “reference” TB, and the other was quite a bit higher. My bike has almost 15k miles, and that’s the first time it’s been done though...
  3. Got my re-flashed ECU back a couple of days later, and am very happy with the results. Did the TB sync as planned too....the improvement is definitely noticeable. Smoother running, cooler running, and no more jerky throttle. Ivan did a great job, and did it very quickly...thanks to him I love this bike even more.
  4. My ECU is boxed up, and will be on its way to Ivan in the AM, I can’t wait to get it back and go for a ride. Will also be doing a TB sync when it’s returns since I’ve already got everything taken apart.
  5. Got my Madstad 22" clear mounted yesterday, and the phone mount set up. Went on a 40 mile test ride and love it! I could see the 24" being a little better, but I am 5'10", and the 22" put the wind right at the top of my helmet....very smooth, quiet air now. I found the noise & turbulence of the stock shield to be rather annoying at times.
  6. Very nice ... What size / thread RAM ball works best for mounting to the Madstad bracket?
  7. Those are very nice looking. What did you use to mount them?
  8. I heard about this on YouTube from (Brian Glynn/ (Two Wheeled Obssession). He mentioned it happening with FJR bags, and I checked mine as soon as I got my GT home from the dealer. Sure enough, some were already loose. I removed each one, applied a little blue loctite, and reinstalled. They have been fine ever since. Anyone with Yamaha hard side cases should check for this ASAP if you haven’t already.
  9. My GT has done this since day one... has not gotten any worse or better in 5,000 miles
  10. Its not really downloadable, but it is handy. Tracer 900 & 900 GT Manual
  11. Mine all came off easily with a little heat from a hairdryer...front fender, side panels, and the ones up near the gas tank
  12. I removed it from mine, as well as the blue graphics in front of the gas tank. I think it looks much nicer now, and the only thing I used was a hair dryer to heat them up a little.
  13. No need to worry, the tranny whine in 6th is normal. My GT does it, and I run my chain on the loose side of the range. I've heard it in many of the review videos on you tube as well.
