Iniz
How easy is it to remove the rear mudguard/ fender on a 900 GT?
RandyN
That's a very hard question to answer as it is very subjective. I've replaced the tag holder with a Tail Tidy and I had no problem at all. I have no problem doing more difficult things though. It all depends on your skill level and what you want to take on. Having the manual will help a lot. PM me if you need manual.

That is the extent of the mudguard / fender on my Tracer 900 GT, and it looks like the 2 screws should do the trick. If this is not what you are referring to then please clarify. GTO MIKE
If its the hugger ,then two screws on each front corner and one side screw with nut on back side that holds brake line in place also through hugger. MIKE
Premium Member DavidS Posted November 18, 2021 Premium Member Share Posted November 18, 2021 Be forewarned, if you remove the plastic guard as shown in the picture above , and do any riding in rainy weather, your bike will get covered with mud, sand, and all sorts of road debris
GTO MIKE
I suspect he may want to remove to add an extension on it or to clean .That would be the only reason I could think of. like so. MIKE
