  1. Update : the level of the water is still not 100% , if I fill the radiator to the top of it , after a ride with the fan have been actuated one or two times and letting it cool down I can see a gap of missing water in the radiator like 50cc -70cc of liquid is missing there. The missing water are in the expansion tank...normal color. I assume that maybe the radiator is clogged. It's tracer 900 2015 , 6 years... How many years a radiator can last with good liquid cooling , no tap water ... ?. Yesterday I have done a couple of internal and external washes to the radiator pulling it out. But up till now the situation is the same. How can I be 100% sure that the radiator is not clogged ?. Please confirm that the level of the cooling liquid on your bike is staying at the tipi top after this kind of ride that I did. Thanks
  2. I replaced the radiator cap and I'm still checking the issue. In the cap there is a spring and in the middle there is a small hole for the vacuum to function... It looks like cap is the fault , will update again in a couple of days... So , i'll say that it looks that peteinpa was right !
  3. The color is green , no leaks.. i will try to heat it up letting the ventilator operate and then i'll check the level again. Will update soon.
  4. Hi , today i see a high temperature of the cooling liquid while i was at low speed in town. I let it cool down and when i open the radiator i see that the level of the water inside of it were low. I noticed that the expansion tank is totally full ! , the cooling liquid is not at the high level mark !. The missing level of cooling liquid was there... Why is the vapor coolent didn't went back to the radiator , it should be a vacum there... Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks .
  5. I haven't done it BUT I was thinking to myself if this **it happens to me , this is what I would do...
  6. Maybe i'm too late for the party BUT , you can cut the end of the pipe and just insert it on the other side , lock it with a steel adjusting band and all is good !!!.
  7. Hi , just clean the throttle bodies. It's a known issue...
  8. I do have the spacer and enclosed a picture of it. As it looks from my point of view it doest matter which side it goes...
  9. Hi , my English is not a mother tongue.. Are calipers means rotors or you meant disk plates ???.
  10. I do have 2 rotors and front master pump for sale.
  11. Hi , about the heat level , is it feels the same on each side now ???
  12. Hi , i just bought a second engine , how can i preserve it for a few months ?. Right now it's only a motor no frame.. Thanks
  13. Hi , the accelerationcable is like 1/2" shorter for me with all the efforts that i did... Is there a way to length the acceleration cable by 1/2" ?. Thanks
  14. Thanks a lot , can you send me another few pictures when the handlebar is full turning to the right side. I need pictures of the acceleration cable routing under the main switch , at my bike it's leaning on the main switch cable and this will take a space of the slack of the cable , this is what i think...
  15. Hi , i just finished a project that transforms my tracer 900 , 2015 model to a tracer GT 2019 model. After that i changed the throttle bodies i have a feeling that the throttle cables are short , when turning the handlebar to the left side and in the cender it all good , the throttle returns with a spring feel. When i'm turning the handlebar to the right , the acceleration throttle cable turn to be very tight like it's shorter. Can you share a few pictures how is the routing of the throttle cables should be ? , i mean the section below the main switch. Thanks
  16. Hi , can you please explain what is quick charging here ? , we all know that it's a wire with 2A fuse ?
  17. Hi , from my recent experience it's a little tricky to get to rubber number 3 opposite the timing side. The first 2 screws , i mean #1and #2 were a little easy , you need a long flexible allen socket and a lot of patience. After that you open the allen screws , disconnect the serrounding cables and shake back and forth all the assembly and it will be out. You will find a lot of black residue on the bottom side.
  18. Yes , i will open a seperate thread with pictures soon The engine of the gt is the same like everyone knows , but the electronics... They changed the wheel sensors , abs , throttle bodies. So i need to take the entire loom plus all the surrounding , a lot of work but i'm impressed , it's like a new bike !. It starts with changing the main switch because of the imobilizer in my model.
