  1. We always talk here about the front forks , changing the oil there but about the rear suspension i didn't see any talks... so now i understand. Thanks
  2. Hi , according to Ohlins you need to service your rear shock every 30,000km. I have Ohlins YA335 the most simple one for my tracer 900. Anyone here have done this kind of service and can share more details about that ?. Can i do it alone ? , i only want to change the oil inside , it is not leaking...and it's in a good condition. What kind of oil should i use ?. Thanks
  3. Many parameters are involving here my friend : 1. Condition of the chain , I mean how often you oil it. 2. Wet , salty road or a dusty one.. 3. Loaded bike ?. 4. Your driving style ... 5. Driving mostly highways or mostly in the city .. 6. Is it tight or loose...? Thanks
  4. I was in a service center today and they were frustrated... , it's the first time they have seen something like that... The problem is that right now I don't have engine breaking at all , when I realize the throttle it stays on 2000 rpm ... Only if I pull the clutch the RPM drops to normal 1100 rpm...
  5. Hi , the bike is running fine beside the rpm problem...pulls strong. The synch between all the 3 cylinders is equal no issues. I didn't remove the throttle bodies at first , only cleaned it with a rug and a finger as in the manual ... Started the bike and at first I didn't notice this issue , only later on a test ride... Again right now after adjusting the TPS it on 1100 rpm steady. Only when i enter a gear and release the clutch without gas the rpm are rising to 2000 rpm steady... No error codes on my OBD reader...
  6. I suspect the accelerator sensor is out of range.. , is there a way beside Yamaha diagnostic tool to adjust it right ?
  7. The throttle position sensor from the side... Before it was running on 1800-2000 rpm steady.. Now it's 1100-1300. But when i enter the first gear and release the clutch the rpm are raising automaticly to 2000..., at any gear it is like that... Only on neutral and when holding the clutch the rpm is ruturning to 1100 , right now i have no engine breaking... Any idea ? It might be the position of the sensor...
  8. New update , I adjust the throttle sensor and now it's idling at 1100 rpm as it should. How can I adjust it right ? , I still have some minor issues... Thanks
  9. Ohlins have different part number. The difference is with the stiffness of the spring... 2018 onwards model has a longer rear arm so there is a need for a stronger spring there...
  10. Hi according to the manual in order to clean the throttle bodies you need a cleaning agent and a finger. I have Tracer 900 GT 2019 , i did this procedure a lot of time before but without the finger method... But now i'm getting high rev motor on idle.. How can I reset the idling issue ? , it's revving at around 1800-2000 instead of 1100-1300. The bike do everything no error codes in the OBD reader.. Any help ? Thanks
  11. Hi , this is the same with the GIVI engine guard for the 2015 early tracer 900 models. You can remove the 2 front bolts and just loose the 3rd one near the central stand. This will give you room to do whatever is needed , this way i did it. Thanks
  12. I have a working ECU for TRACER 900 2015 model with 2 black keys and 1 red key for sell. Update me if you want it. Thanks
  13. What is the brand and viscosity of it ?
  14. From my search , every manufacturer is making it's own oil and then specify it. Motul 5W = 18 CST... What is the regular fork oil that we need to use for a stock fork ?.
  15. Hi , i replaced my front shocks with Adreanni. The seller advice me to use Ohlins fork oil with 19 cst rate. What is the equivalence to a normal W rate for this 19cst value... Thanks
  16. I just want to remind you that longer swingarm requires longer chain , longer tube for the rear caliper..
  17. It can be done . Right now i'm in a middle of a project like that. In order to replace your screen you need : 1. Full wire harnes. 2.Left and right control switch on the handlebar. 3.New ECU - GT version. 4.Your new LCD screen... Hope it helps someone..

Is it true ?. Can anyone with the GT version share the angles of the lens of the front headlight ?. * Another question , is our fuel tank FJ09 is the same as the GT version ???. Thanks
  19. New update : Issue is solved. I have to remove air from the system , and there was a lot ... Right now after a couple of rides I can definitely say that this was the issue. The level of the liquid stays at the top not as I started.. Thanks all.
