The Graves sounds great! Is it full system?
Graves is a full system...

You guys can get lower lean angles if you pick the leg up like a motocross rider
Like this guy: using the axle sliders 😅

I have used the PCV with AutoTune years ago before FTecu ActiveTune... yes you can tap into any keyed power source- don't need to use posi-taps but you can solder for better connection...
Only connection I know of that actually taps into the bikes actual wiring loom is to allow "per gear mapping"...
AutoTune does not do any auto tuning- it offers "values" you can accept or deny to achieve the desired AFR value you plugged into the table... it requires you to ride not just around the block but a good 30+ min ride in various speeds to help the AutoTune figure out what "values" to reccomend...
A general PCV map is good for about 95% of potential tuning capabilities, autotune will probably add another 2%... it only offers fuel values not ign...
FTecu ActiveTune is like 97% of potential tuning capabilities and its basically having a dyno tuner ride along 24/7 doing 1038487439 calculations automatically per sec to keep the bike running the same no matter what type of deal...

I'm really curious if Hordpower will create an airbox for the MT/FJ-09 platform like the FZ/MT-07 platform... maybe we can convince him

Those numbers are really impressive considering stock FZ07 hp/tq is around 65/45 and flashed is about 70/50 according to 2WDW.
That much quick revving power in a smaller hooligan machine will be a hoot to ride. I hope you have decent suspension to keep all of that power under control. 😎👍
Suspension is already aftermarket... it feels much more planted( due to swingarm extensions) but will probably have to visit a suspension shop to have a suspension custom built if needed...

Change out the front sprocket for a plain jane one not a rubber noise dampen one...
-
You will never get the full 4.8gals into the tank...
General consensus full tank is avg approx 160-180 miles before reserve starts flashing...
The more miles you put on the bike and using full tanks and normal riding you will get the feel for how far you can go...

Preload ring and rebound knob are no problem, how about the compression knob on the remote canister?
That one also

I can turn my Stoltec rear shock preload knob via my fingers...

Stoltec has a fork kit- a DIY kit or swap the right side leg internals for a simple job as Stoltec does the shim stack/needle work...
I also went with a Penske Double clicker rear shock...

@norcal616 - Did you get the kit from Extreme Creations? Looking at the dyno graph in this video @ 5:30, those numbers have to be an extreme tune as they surpass the MT10! 😲
Did this require any durability mods? bottom end or clutch? I notice that they offer a swingarm extension. 😎
Yea 145HP/115TQ on e85...
I'm not using e85 yet...just the regular stage 1 kit that runs on premium pump gas that's 115HP/65TQ
In order to run e85 kit, you need aftermarket valve springs, aftermarket rods, new cylinder stud bolts from ARP, pistons needs to sent out to be Ceramic Coated, injectors need to go from 250cc to 650cc, heavy duty clutch springs...
They have been playing around with e85 as the next stage in the turbo kits...

Oh... I see a whirlly, spinny, pressurey thing hung under there! Even if it didn’t work out perfectly, I still 100% approve on general principle.
Just curious, is the some of J.D. Hord’s work? Can’t wait to hear your riding impressions.
It's a kit from Extreme Creations...
Used to run an open style airbox from Hordpower
You mean this fidget spinner 😎

Noice!!! How's the powerband? Linear or does it suddenly rocket off?
I dunno yet 🙈... I might take it for a slow cruise around the neighborhood to see if it will build boost since it needs a load to build boost vs just sitting in N and revving it but it's still winter so grip is slippery...
Comparing/eyeballing dyno charts they tell 2 different stories... here is a tuned MT-09 vs the turbo FZ-07
Red lines= MT-09
Green lines= turbo bike
@koth442, @betoney, @texscottyd
Edit: found a dyno chart of turbo vs mt-09
I just need to spend time riding it to understand it/get a feel for it...
so far after 2 neighborhood cruises, the turbo definitely feels like the power is always increasing faster vs the FJ-09 which has that strong off idle power and that "wind up" feeling in the mid range before it just unleashes its power ...

You can use medical tape and place a strip over the earplug to secure it to your ear... it's what I do at work to keep my earbuds in place... I generally place the strip of tape vertically...

At 200# or more stock suspension is past its limit via general consensus... stock suspension is good till approx 170#...

I love this forum for many reasons, but it has severely dented my bank balance on several occasions, by showing me things I didn’t even know I wanted (e.g. bigger brake rotors, new shock, new fork internals, new seat etc, etc) and now I’ve just ordered a cordless impact wrench that suddenly seemed imperative to have. Curse you @norcal616
I’m so weak when it comes to resisting new toys.
Is that why I been sneezing all day due to your curse???

I mentioned changing out the front sprocket for a plain jane one(no noise damper) and I guess this is the last thing people will do or not even do, after chasing the vibrations doing foot pegs, handlebars, etc
