Factory Body parts, are they painted?

I am looking to pick up a new side panel as I accidentally scraped the crap out of one of mine by dropping something on it.  B5C-21711-00-P2 is the number, and since the 9GT came in only one color in 2019 in the US I am curious if this part comes painted?  Anyone know?

I don't have specific experience with this part but when I got my replacement silver RF side panel for my 2019 Tracer 900GT it was painted, but without stickers / decals as shown in this video.

Yes, they come painted. In years where there's variation, there are color codes.

Mine's "FR"; not sure what that actually stands for, but my mnemonic is "fire red". 

Whether they come with stickers can vary.
