howdy from Arkansas

Hey, Bob from NW Louisiana. Bought my '15 last May with 2348 on it. Have done a few things but mainly been riding it to see if it needs anything. Did a trip into Arkansas last September, beautiful weather and what an outstanding bike. I'm around 60 and came from VMaxes and ZX11/ZRX1100's. I find this motor very playful and always ready to scoot at a moments notice. Have fun and who knows, may see ya on the roads in Arkansas.

Welcome. It always amazes me people buy bikes and don’t ride them. Well their loss is your gain. Enjoy.
Amazing yes, I've bought all of these with low miles at a good price. 1994 VMax with 1224 miles, 4 years old, 1999 VMax 1743 miles, 5 years old, 1996 ZX11 Ninja, 16, 453 miles, 18 years old. Last but not least of the low mileage bikes, 2015 FJ-09, 2348 miles, 4 years old. I've learned my lot in life. I never "win" anything but I do get good deals on stuff. I'll take that! This bike is loads of fun in Arkansas!

I’ve put about a thousand miles on this new to me scoot now, and am loving it more every day. I disabled traction control for the first time the other day and found how easily this bike becomes a unicycle 😁

getting out shortly to burn in the chicken strips 🙄

Send your ECU off for a re-flash, works every time! I used 2WDW and they have a Christmas sale right now for 75 bucks off, only 274.95 with free return shipping and free re-flashes after that in case you add a pipe or whatever. Now, mine rushes past that point. Use "holiday2018" at www.2wheeldynoworks.com. Hurry tho I don't know how much longer the sale will last.

I’d like to know the speed limiter trick. This bike seems to find it rather quick 🙄

This requires an ECU reflash.

2 Wheel Dyno Works (2WDW) is a supporting forum vendor, I've got one of their flashes on my '15 FJ and love it!

Well guys, I finally sent my ecu in to 2wheeldynoworks for flashing. I got tired of the limiter real quick. The other programmed quirks are to go away as well. Good timing for the shipping as winter is finally hitting here. Oh wait, is that sunshine! 🙂
