  1. MCcuise is an amazing product, I endorse it 100% with no hesitation. Tony is an amazing guy. It's just that Tony and I have history. And it's all my fault, admittedly. If I were to email for a code, it would probably increase price 5%. My wife says that I'm kind of a "Larry David" at times. 😲
  2. The USA model is limited to 110 mph, rest of the world gets the untamed version. Don't ask me why, probably more of an EPA political thing.
  3. I'll add, I bought that DRZ 400 used for $3200. I put about $700 in bearings, seat concepts kit, and bag mounts/tires Into it. Sold it two years later for $3600. Should have kept it , was an amazing dual sport. 3rd gear on that bike can climb any Hill in the world.
  4. I completed the TAT in 2013. Most of it is Jeep wide dirt roads or even wider. The eastern section could easily be done on a big bike , but be prepared for lots of washboard potholes and the occasional fallen tree The western section isn't that bad, there is no single track at all on any of the Tat. But there are water sections, and the western tat has more fallen trees, some water crossings and some rocky parts that I wouldnt exactly call impossible on a big bike, but they would be no fun on a big bike. And a big bike would be alot of work , huffing and puffing. And the TAT is supposed to be fun. And whatever you do, don't try taking the Rainbow trail option in Colorado on a freaking FJ09 unless you actually have a good deal of experience taking big bikes on ATV steep Rocky trails. And why ride the Tat and not ride the beautiful Rainbow option? The other problem with big bikes, they allow one to pack alot of stuff. Too much stuff. Too much stuff makes you fall over easily at slow speeds. I did the Tat on a DRZ 400. One of the best true Dual sport bikes ever made. It was heavy for a dirtbike , but way lighter than your typical "adventure bike ". I ripped on that bike. Met one guy trying to do the Rainbow trail.on a freaking GS. He bit the front brake and looped the damn bike over and broke three ribs. Broke about $3,000 in BMW plastic , too. He took a picture of me which is listed somewhere on ADVrider.com in his ride report . I helped him repair his bike and he rode that damn thing 120 miles with 3 broken ribs. I purposely rode the Tat with no electronics , no phone , no gos, no camera. Packed minimal gear, tools food and such. It made the experience more memorable. I used maps. Got lost a few times and saw some cool stuff I normally wouldn't see. Met some amazing people along the way. My advice? Unless you have big bike off road experience , go get yourself a DRZ 400. They are cheap used. They last forever, the engine is bullet proof. Change all the bearings, grease everything up, install some case savers and radiator guards and a good skid plate and you will actually enjoy the Tat. Big adventure bikes are no fun off road. In fact, WTF actually is an adventure bike anyways? It's basically a street bike that some guys like to pretend to go dirtbiking with . But most never do. Or, maybe wait a few months and get a Tenere 700. The best thing about a dirtbike/dual sport bike is that they are built to be wrecked with flexible plastic that bends back instead of breaking. They can also be lifted easily if you wreck in a stream crossing. Your beautiful FJ09 was built for corner carving , not getting beat up off road. Just my advice. But it's good advice, if you want to actually enjoy the trip and actually love your FJ-09. Leave her at home, she will understand . Besides, if you do the Tat on a DRZ or dual sport bike, you will be laughing as you blow past those big bikes , riding a wheelie off road.

  11. I have now slept on it and there is no way I would buy that ugly thing. Cool features, I love the 16" of clearence and adjustable suspension , just not in that ugly truck thing. I think that the traditional auto makers will be taking over the majority of the electric market in a few years anyways.
  12. It was really good. Young people don't realize just how big the 24 hours LeMans was back then.
  13. Ok, My first response was UGLY. Then, I saw more and I kinda want one. The features are amazing if you ride dirtbikes or ATV's. The tailgate has a freaking ramp built in it! The back lid opens up to a 6 1/2 foot bed! Fit most ATV's dirtbikes no problemo and again, leave the ramp at home because it has one built into the tailgate. Also, this truck has Air ride suspension. Raise it up to go offroad, up to 16" of ground clearance. Lower it down to ride like a sports car. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. 500 mile range on the top model that costs $60,000 before incentives/discounts. Scratch proof hardened stainless steel. They actually tested it with a sledge hammer, didn't leave a dent. It may be Ugly, but this is the most useful truck I have ever seen. Tesla also announced their new ATV, no specs yet but it fits into the back of the Cyber Truck perfectly, the rider rode it right up the back of the Cyber Truck's built in ramp with ease.

      TTR Ignition

I did get them sorted yesterday, but just double-checked them a minute ago. Cheers!

  18. Our vendor @2wheeldynoworks has a huge section on this very forum. They are the best, very popular in this and most other forums. They can perfectly match a tune to your bike and exhaust and wishes for your machine.
  19. You want to be damn picky when choosing tuner. Our resident tuner @2wheeldynoworks has to fix alot of "other shops" tunes. Anyone can get the software and start making tunes, that's kinda scary.
