  1. Check back on this website everyday. I remember the first time I checked they were out of stock and then suddenly they were replenished. They really are good levers as others have said as well. Hope you can get a pair soon.
  2. I know this is an old thread but I am recently troubled by the same issue. I want traction control to be off at startup. I do have the powervision 3 ECU flasher but there is no option to modify startup conditions of the traction control. Just wondering if anyone who has had their ECU flashed by sending it out to one of the pro tuners has had the option of traction control off at start up. Thanks!
  3. I ordered these from Evotech from the UK. The clutch grabs normally now from a stand still and the brake adjustment is perfect. I feel it transformed the bike. I didn't really want the folding ones but I think that's all that have in full size unless you want the shorties. If you do order these, use UPS. USPS has been having issues in customs lately with the virus. EP Yamaha Tracer 900 ABS Folding Clutch and Brake Lever set 2015+ Evotech Performance levers are CNC from billet...
  4. Don't feel bad bro. I did exactly the same thing. Cheap metal designed to do that in my opinion. Yes I had to buy the whole mirror assembly. Not too expensive. It happens. I will say it's refreshing to be able to see the other things people have done. Sometimes you think you are the only one who has had a tip over or did this or that. Looks to me like pretty much anything you can imagine has happened. This forum is great because you can get some moral support that you aren't the only one but also the solution to whatever issue you are having. I appreciate you guys! One of the reasons I like my bike so much now.
  5. So I am now a believer of the seat mod. I added about 4.5 mm of washers under the tank and under the plastic seat brace. Like everyone says, you don't think it would make a big difference but it really does. I like my seat in the low position and it feels so much more level. Two small issues: #1 it does leave a small gap between the seat and the tank. #2 It does take a little bit of effort to slide the seat into position but nothing too drastic. You guys are clever little buggers! Also bought the power vision 3 and flashed the ECU with the tune provided by Dynojet. Smoothed out mode A considerably among other things. I am going to capture some logs with the unit attached and look at it with the tuning software on my PC. Where do you suppose I can get a course or detailed info about how to properly adjust the settings to get the most out of the bike? Seems to be snippets here and there but nothing comprehensive. Thank you.
  6. Yes please let us know the outcome. I'm using an air hawk seat cushion pushed up against the tank with minimal air which does a fair job at eliminating the slope and making the stock seat more comfortable but love the idea presented here and wish to try. Thanks guys.
  7. Yes I have that same TCS black button to the left of my display to select from 1, 2 or off. Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate it.
  8. I'd like to see if I understand the traction control completely while we are kind of on the subject. Please let me know if this is a fair statement: Trac 2 senses both front and rear tires preventing wheelies and rear wheel slippage as well. Trac 1 senses only the rear wheel preventing slippage from the rear wheel. Wheelies are possible with this setting. Thank you guys. I've learned so much from reading these threads!
  9. @gtomike That's exactly what I do. Count the flats making sure I turn an equal number on both sides then double check when everything is tightened up with the alignment tool. I apologize for my screen name. It's my PC gamer name. LOL
  10. If you are seeing the last two digits as either a 60 or 61, the 61 is the newest revised version. You can call your local dealership to verify this. The 60 has been discontinued. Hopefully that helps you. I had the same issue.
  11. The stock front tire on my Tracer is already having an issue @ 2000 miles. I'm getting an MPH vibration that I know is from the tire. Same thing happened on my Ninja 650 at around the same number of miles. Steering stem torque sequence complete. Throttle body sync complete. Made sure everything on the front end is torqued correctly. That leaves only the tire. Actually tried Ride On in the front tire to see if it could correct any type of issue. It did not correct it. I have been running at 36 PSI per my body size in the front. 42 PSI in the rear. Some have suggested that 36 PSI is too low for the front. Tried front at 42 PSI and the issue is still there. When I get tired of this mild vibration I will upgrade to the PR5's.
  12. I just added Evotech levers to my 2019 Tracer 900. It's like a new bike. Much more comfortable and better control. Good upgrade. Make sure anything you currently order from the UK is sent UPS. USPS is having a very difficult time.
  13. Others have said that the stock pads on the 2019 Tracer 900 were not that great. I agreed and just bought the HH pads and installed them. $70 for the front pair. Grab is excellent now. I also got a left over new 2019 for $7600. Fantastic bike. You won't regret it.
  14. I just bought a left over new 2019 Tracer 900 and love it. I'm a bit new to motorcycles but here is what I got right away: 1) Radiator Guard (Everything kicks up into the radiator from the front tire. Coolant leak waiting to happen) 2) Carbtune to sync the throttle bodies (much less vibration on highway now). Received in 10 days from England! 3) $8.00 FJR foot pegs so that my feet don't go numb! 4) Yamaha OEM quick shifter (not a must have until you have it!) 5) Airhawk seat cushion. Makes a world of difference. 6) Still waiting on the Steering Stem Nut socket from England to do the torque sequence on the Steering Stem. I have 1500 miles on it so far. It's a dream bike for sure. Going to be adjusting the suspension tomorrow for a smoother ride. And of course I changed the oil and filter @ 600 miles. Honestly I don't believe that the dealerships do anything more than this @ 600 miles. There is no way that in about 1 hour they sync throttle bodies, torque the steering stem nut, adjust the chain and make sure that all other nuts and bolts are torqued. Watch you tube videos and do it all yourself.
