My insert is threaded 8 X 1.25

 Is oh my bad

I was close though!

I haven't taken my KTM adventure handguards off in a long long time

But I could have checked spare parts And known

But what's the fun in that

Do you think of your FJ as the accompanying image

First ride without the handguards:

The wind might be a little cleaner but no difference whatsoever that I can tell as far as buzziness/tingly hands when I stop.

HVMP really came through. Super helpful, didn’t have any bar ends specifically for the Tracer 900 GT but after some back and forth was able to recommend a set that fits. They look great and I can’t wait to try them out.

Well, I'm happy to report that the HVMP bar ends make quite a difference. They don't TOTALLY eliminate the buzzing but it's MUCH better now. I may end up trying a Bar Snake or something similar to see if I can make it even better.

Specific model that fit and details as to how please.

Did you try packing inside full and solid with BBs?

I had to contact them for a custom solution. Have not tried filling the bars with anything yet.
