  1. I think I looked at your bike back in October when I was waiting to hear more about the '21. Currently trying to get a dealership on the other end of the lake to to bring one in and they have been saying May as well, last time I went in was on the 1st. Let us know what you hear!
  2. The base Tracer 9 for '21 will not be available in the North American markets it appears. Here is the previously mention 2021 megathread that @Your_Boy_Yuriy mentioned. Some recent walk arounds have been posted for your viewing pleasure.
  3. Still considered SE in my book, though some would just rather refer to it as the palouse. Also, welcome to the forum from a fellow PNW'r.
  4. Congratulations on the new bike and welcome!
  5. Not sure, I don't actually post in them, just lurk for information. 👀🤣 That's fair, I wasn't in the position to buy a new bike until this season and I was all about the goo GT, and then I saw the 2021 and I am just like a kid waiting for Christmas. Whatever reports come out in this round of reports, I doubt there will be anything negative enough to sway my small brain from this purchase. I just want something to hold me over until delivery.
  6. I'm a bit biased towards the scenery as well! We are often spoiled with route options around these parts.
  7. I'm in that group as well and saw that🤣. I spent a few minutes looking up what this launch event was and I couldn't find any information. I'm hoping it has plenty of reports to come from it though. I really liked the write up Lemmy did for Revzilla in 2019 for the Tracer.
  8. Looks like he may be living in an area where riding seasons don't exist. He is probably off somewhere killing corners and slaying straight-aways,. a true hero.
  9. Out the door with tax, title and doc fees here is $15,906.58. Won't be paying delivery fees, fortunately, which runs 300-500 here.
  10. Currently using the HJC FG-17. I haven't been unfortunate enough to see if it does it's job, but it's been alright!
  11. Awesome that you were able to get out. I live up in the panhandle and I just can't risk it this time of year with shady bends that'll hold ice or sand. I am going to have to check out Norwest with the positive comments in this thread, just for my own enlightenment.
  12. That is all I have seen from UltimateMotorcycling. I am hoping they have some sort of media/demo day prior to my bike coming in so that I can having something to read and hold me over while the snow falls. Hopefully if that occurs a bit more can be answered as well.
  13. What is this mysterious 'retirement' you speak of?! Congratulations though and thanks for the welcome!
  14. To be fair, you need alternate routes out there unless sitting still is your thing 😂.
  15. I guess it depends how convenient it is for you to trailer it to the dealer. Is there anything you see anything off with the suspension? I'd call the dealer and see what they think though.
  16. I actually have no clue. Part of me is just happy discovering a way to get somewhere, but there have been times where I go places to specifically ride this road/pass/stretch. I think I am going to watch this list and make a bucket list now though, just in case.
  17. The longest two days of your life, you're in them.
  18. If you ever get the chance to get a scout, go for it. The nuts and bolts are metric! It's a fun little cruiser, fairly reliable too. Take a look at @motogypsy on instagram, she has been touring with the 60ci model down in South America. I'm not much of a Harley vs. Indian kinda guy either, but MotoAmerica did a sweet one-off race with baggers (stock baggers that were stuffed with 75k-125k). Entertaining as all get out, I want to see some metric cruisers in the next one. I just got back from the dealership to see if the acknowledgement order went through, everything is on track for the Tracer, so I am stoked to the gills! It is going to be a rough winter waiting 🤣.
  19. I drove Lolo back in 2019 when I was still on the west side and that was the first thing I thought of! Thanks for the other suggestions, I will take that White Bird Grade for sure on my way south this summer, good find!
  20. I won't ever say no to recommendations, as you know though, plans are temporary things... 😂 I actually used to live in the south sound area! Many fond memories seeing how many passes we could hit in a day. Just learning some of the newer territory here in Idaho now.
  21. Stalking seems pretty squatchy... but I wouldn’t want to have that label so early in my existence here 😂
  22. Always a good plan! One for every occasion! You should encourage your father to keep a spare for you as well
