Around here most people think if it's not a Harley then it's a crotch rocket. A Harley rider at work recently asked me, "Aren't you uncomfortable all hunched over like that?" Agree 100%, though the idiot cagers here in AZ still won't use a turnout, even for a benign touring rig like the FJ9... Personally, I enjoy roosting sportbikers, leaving them confused, seeing my hard bags and topcase winking at them as I recede into the distance. With that being said, I rarely see actual repli-racers anywhere out of the city limits. The old men on sport touring bikes are the ones that'll learn you in the corners.
