What did you do to your FJ-tracer-gt today?

Recommended Posts

Went for a rip to Bark Lake. 1000 km's on the bike now, so when I got home I changed the Oil / Filter. On Wednesday I am having my handlebars done (recall work) and  my soft saddlebags and frame sliders installed.

Thanks Nick (@stoltecmoto ) for your help! Springs are spot on... and with the new oil/level, my suspension finally works. :)

Not only did I mark up the parts to be replaced, but I washed the bike and then took detailed photos and videos of my tank. They scratch my beautiful red paint job on the tank and I swear by Grabthar's Hammer, there will be hell to pay.
Such a great movie to quote.  Ha Ha Cheers

Good news! Have you written a summary of what the final parameters were anywhere and perhaps a "how to" now that you've worked it all out for others to follow? it would be great if you haven't already.

Added eBay fender eliminator with ebay LED plate frame. It was only $31 and very well built. I had to slightly enlarge the holes in the tail for it to fit, but not a problem. I didn't like how the narrow LEDs from the fender eliminator didn't light the whole plate so that's why I bought the separate LED plate frame

Fresh oil & filter, thorough cleaning, and topped off the gas tank with 92 Supreme. Cleaned & lubed the chain. She's ready for the trip to Deal's Gap again... 14 days and counting!!

@joeszup - I have the PR4s on my FJ, and really like the way they work on this bike. If this is your first set of replacement tires for the OEM 222s, I think you'll be pleased with the upgrade.

They are the first set of replacement tires from OEM.  I got just over 5K on the OEMs, but I didn't like how they felt.  Here they are, along with the new axle bar spacers I got on e-bay and a fresh wash for the 90+F weather weather we are going to have this week.
