  3. This summer has just been motorcycle paradise, just rolled over 16k this am.

  6. Never understood it as well. Even when the dealers are flush with bikes, demo rides are impossible. The only chance we get around here is when the factory demo rides show up, which for dealerships north of the salt belt (aka where it freezes in the winter), is your only chance to ride a new model. Gets even worse for ATV's, dirt bikes, UTV, side by sides...ect. You basically have to own it to test it.
  7. Both sides, throttle and brake, have a centering hole in the bar/molded pin on the housing. You will need to grind off the pin to rotate.

  9. No I mean like cool/weird one off accessories specific to the bike. They don't last long and they don't seem to make anymore after the initial run.
  10. Just be warned, buy the OEM+ bits now because they go NLA 3-4 years out.
  11. Just a drywall bit. The OEM cut is simply sanded, there's no heat, polishing, or wet sanding required. Naturally a even feed from a machine would yeild better results but it's close enough from 4 inches away. Gasket remover on the die grinder. Rotozip finish: My finish: OEM finish: Toss in 5 mins worth of passes to get the feel on the die grinder for speed and angles required to match. Easy peasy. I could have probably spent more time on it take match 100% but I don't care enough.
  12. Die grinder with scotchlock, masking tape, and rotozip are the only tools required.

  15. @2and3cylinders That's odd, in western WI and MN, only Kwik trip regularly has 91 non oxy. But BP does have 93/w corn.

  21. That's so when you hit something it doesn't break off, but instead just moves.
