wordsmith
There needs to be a bit more patience and tolerance on this Forum from a tiny minority. Belittling and insulting others who don’t claim to know it all, and who ask questions or offer views and opinions seemingly covered before is no way to behave here. I’d like to see the Mods take a sterner view of such unpleasant posts, rare though they may be. Premium Member britelitebob Posted June 14, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted June 14, 2016 I totally agree, unfortunately here in the states there are way too many people with a BUG UP THEIR ASS. BLB
paulsmith
Is a bug another name for a tiny penis? It would help to explain the anger issues many Americans seem to have.
hlmiskelly
The appearance of anonymity in forums - and on the web in general - allows some people to let their true natures to run free where as in real life they would fear being ostracized or actually having their a**es kicked. Instead of using the anonymity wisely to speak out opinions which might not be commonly held this small but very vocal group use it to belittle and mock others. Very sad. 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 and 2018 Yamaha XSR700

Ah, there it is. An insult for the entire country. Good job Paul. A government which robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul. Premium Member wessie Posted June 14, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted June 14, 2016 On the flip side overly sensitive types were often corrected a lot as a child. Whereas the thick-skinned, gobshites have always known they are correct This signature is left blank as the poster writes enough pretentious bollocks as it is. paulsmith
Whereas the thick-skinned, gobshetes have always known they are correct Now that is not fair, I was wrong twice last year. Well, only once really, the other time the copper with the bug had it in for me, I had to agree with him to get out of a ticket. Anyway, someone has to be right, so it may as well be me. When does it stop being someone else's home and start becoming yours? When you start your own forum. I've used the following on other forums. A forum belongs to the owner(s) In this case I will assume it is Cruzin. This forum belongs to him. He has invited us to his forum (home) to talk about the FJ-09 among other things. Like inviting us to a party. He might have to step out for a bit so he asks a friend(s) to watch the place. (moderators) If you misbehave you will be asked to step out for a bit to settle down. (a temporary ban) If you continue to misbehave you will eventually be asked to leave. (a permanent ban) So. Until you start your own forum you are in someone else's house... nsrrider
I just always wonder if those that come across as toxic a**hats are the same way in person? Life is too short to hang around angry, acidic people.
Premium Member fddriver2 Posted June 16, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted June 16, 2016 Given there's a VIP section, the owner is selling stuff to guests, and there are a bunch of swinging %$@# s hanging out here I'm wondering if strip club might be more accurate than home. Call it what you want. When the Owner/management decides someone has been naughty enough they will swing the "Ban Hammer" The line is different on every forum, but make no mistake there is a line...
