There is a three position micro switch on the clutch. 1. Closed 2. Slightly open, cruise control deactivate 3. Fully open, start in gear If the ability to deactivate the cruise control with the clutch in an emergency or starting in gear isn't a deal breaker, go for it. I'm sure you could jerry-rig something depending upon your skills.

Well my ECU is on the way to Ivan for my 2020. Frankly I don't have any issues with the fueling besides roll on, especially mid corner in roundabouts. All the other features, speed limiter, cruise control in any gear/speed, AIS, start in A mode..ect is what I'm primarily looking for. I'm not chasing MPG or HP, just smoothness. I had a down week so I figured why not., fingers crossed.

Smoother than some, buzzier then others. With no frame of reference, it's like trying to quantify orange vs. yellow to a blind person. What have you driven lately?

That's the way it is. If it really bothers you, you can grind off the detents on the throttle tube holder and the brake perch and slide it over.

I love a good oil thread! I always tell people I use the cheapest oil and that it doesn't matter because I'm going to trade it in 4 years anyhow. That really gets people's panties in a bunch, works great..

Ya, way cheaper just to buy the correct panels, wheels, whatever or have it painted. Unless you have a donor bike you are stealing from or got a regular tracer free.

I don't think 2019+ has APS adjustments.

I don't travel much over 4-5 hours from home, so for me its water, window cleaner, some paper towels, and a tire plug kit.

Put some miles on it, just turned over 2k as I pulled into the garage. Also put a quad lock on instead of the ram mount. I like the quad mount better, but don't like that I have to have something attached to my phone. I got the bicycle mount because it was cheaper and fits very shallow.

Well, I'm officially one of those crazy people that swears they feel a difference with a change of oil brand. I changed back to plain jane yamalube 10-40 from mobil 4t, all is right in the world once again. Shifts are back to normal and the buzz is gone, go figure. Maybe I got some bootleg oil on Amazon.

Just curious as to why you don't use the pegs to get on and off? I'm 6'3" and still use the pegs for mounting and dismounting.

Well, that was a waste of time. Good to know however. The only other thing I changed at 500 miles was the oil to mobile 4T. Going to back to yamalube just to tickle my fancy and see if there's any difference. I've had a picky bike with oil once before.

I'm a whole 3 prescriptions and one knee replacement away from a hi-viz aerostich. My wife calls it an uncle bike.
