Premium Member joeszup Posted July 16, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted July 16, 2016 I removed that silly sticker that was in the tank and contemplated disabling the LED "eyebrows". I think it'll look much better without them. How did you remove it? Any advice?
JJM
I removed that silly sticker that was in the tank and contemplated disabling the LED "eyebrows". I think it'll look much better without them. How did you remove it? Any advice? The sticker? I let the bike sit in the sun all day (102 degrees) and then slowly peeled it off. Used lighter fluid to clean off the leftover sticky stuff. Keep in mind my bike was in a dealers showroom, out of the weather, for only a week and a half before I got it last Thursday. duhs10
More for the rider than the FJ, but I got my Sena 20s installed and tested it on a short ride. No complaints, works as advertised, and I can't believe I waited this long to get one. http://i.imgur.com/kZ79UUT.jpg '15 FJ-09 w/ lots of extras... gabefzr6
Got rid of the windshield. Kydex? I used a piece of ABS plastic. A heat gun helped to shape it. I'm not sure what Kydex is. 2008 Street Triple G 2015 FJ-
