I'm so glad we're back it was getting trying on the FZ 9 forum

I'm glad I started that thread though because instantaneous gratification is always wanted, well for most people

They're tour can't be any bigger than my GV, especially with the MRW tour spoiler

Sidewinds yesterday were unbelievable when trucks went by

Broke the record though of 75 unbelievable

tonight it will be 28

I have a smaller stockish mid size screen with the spoiler that probably would be better, especially with my hand grip muffs that I started using last year

With the oem heated grips you can wear lighter gloves down to 20

After that the rest of you is in trouble

75 (24) down to 28 (-2)!!!   That's some jump in temp!  Yikes!

Things are only just starting to warm up here after being in the low to mid 20s(C) for so long.  Very unusual for this time of the year.

Likely last ride of the year. I rode by a friend's sculpture and back into town. About 25 miles today and 7700 for the year.

A week ago the temperature was 3. Today it was 64. It will probably rain tomorrow and Sat, but I'm looking forward to a New Year's afternoon ride in the same temps.

High temp of 77 so back out and riding on New Year's Day. Might see tornadoes tomorrow or Tuesday and temps will be back to freezing by the weekend. Thankful for this brief break in the weather today.

Took a picture with oooold "truck 1"/engine 16. It's a 1988-ish Chevy with a 4 speed hi lo manual transmission IIRC. I never drove this one but I did drive it's twin, and I was never very good at it unless the road was flat. This one was sitting on the back lot, but I didn't even realize any of the 88s were still in the department inventory!

After crazy weather the past few weeks including snow, windstorms, freezing rain and flooding, New Years Day graced me with a brief window of riding weather, the temps stayed at 42-44F for the entire 3 hours but that was good enough.

I sold my red beauty FJ09 3 weeks ago and couldn’t stand my empty garage. Replaced with 2019 Tracer 900 couple of days ago.

That is a beautifully presented FJ!  I dare say you will be on the farkling track with your new steed before too long.

Thank you. I’ll have a chance to see her pretty often since my riding buddy got it. And yes few extras transferred already from FJ to Tracer and ordering few more right now.

You’re not attempting to kill her I hope.

I found out after taking this photo earlier that there was a bad crash on this crossing a few years ago , a semi ran the lights / barriers and ploughed straight into an Am-trac train , killing ( obviously) the semi driver and a few passengers on the train 😕

Why 4.5 mo off?

Which helmet?

Work / christmas / coldest winter in years in this part of NV.

I'm a Brit living in the U.S , I've wanted this Lid for a couple of years but never seemed to be in stock so I grabbed it when it was available 👍
