Just wear cool Max underneath and soak down including your head sweat, and you'll actually stay cooler than in a T-shirt and jeans If you see the Bedouins in the desert, they're covered head to toe, as evaporative cooling even in higher humidities is the most effective mean of controlling body temperature, that and hydrating consistently.
